Community hospital looking to bring on Manager Med/Surg!
Must have Acute Care Experience.
Capable of learning quickly, manage day to day with the unit effectively.
Reports to Director of Med/Surg.
2 Managers on the Unit with 33 FTE's.
On-Call Requirement: 1x every 4 Weeks
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 6:1.
- Licensed RN with BSN.
- 3+ years of experience in clinical nursing. Prior management experience as a Charge Nurse.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification.
- Basic Rhythm Interpretation class required within 6 months of hire.
